Richemont Strategic Vendors Contract Lead

- Own end‑to‑end contracting for strategic vendors: draft, negotiate and conclude commercial and services agreements in line with company standards.
- Define and implement contracting strategies, playbooks and standard templates for high‑value supplier relationships.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance and operational stakeholders to align commercial terms, SLAs, KPIs and risk mitigation.
- Drive supplier governance: establish performance metrics, review cadences and escalation paths for strategic vendors.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes including renewals, amendments, terminations and compliance audits.
- Identify commercial optimisation opportunities and support cost‑to‑serve and TCO analyses during negotiations.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and training to regional teams on contracting best practice and contracting tools.
- Maintain contract repository integrity and ensure visibility of obligations, expiry dates and change history.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain or equivalent; advanced degree or legal qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of commercial and procurement law, contract risk allocation and supplier governance.
- Professional certification in procurement or contract management (e.g., CIPS, World Commerce & Contracting) is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills in complex, international organisations.

At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in vendor contract management, procurement, commercial legal or sourcing roles, including experience leading cross‑functional projects or senior negotiations with strategic suppliers. Previous exposure to luxury goods, retail or complex international supplier networks is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field; a master’s degree or legal qualification is preferred.
