1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework or internships in project management or industrial engineering are advantageous.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
