- Deliver personalised, best-in-class client service and build long-term relationships with private and visiting clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle: private appointments, product demonstrations, and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge across the maison’s categories and communicate features, provenance and craftsmanship with credibility.
- Develop and execute in-store merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand guidelines.
- Use CRM and POS systems to update client records, manage appointments and process transactions accurately.
- Support inventory control, receiving and stock replenishment; ensure salesfloor readiness and visual standards.
- Represent the brand at trunk shows, client events and private viewings, contributing to local client development initiatives.
- Proven commercial orientation with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in premium or luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, service-minded approach to high-net-worth and international clients.
- Strong organisational skills; disciplined in CRM use, follow-up and appointment management.
- Ability to present products with confidence, demonstrating deep attention to detail and product provenance.
- Professional appearance and discretion suitable for a luxury retail environment.

Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with documented success in client development and target attainment. Experience conducting private appointments and participating in client events is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or a related discipline is advantageous.
