Richemont Senior Retail Manager

- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Set, monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs; analyse performance and implement corrective actions to maximise revenue and margin.
- Coach, develop and inspire the sales team through targeted training, performance management and career development.
- Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation to ensure consistency with global directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy procedures to minimise shrinkage and optimise sell-through.
- Own boutique administrative duties including rostering, payroll oversight, compliance with local regulations and reporting to regional management.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling and local market penetration strategies.
- Coordinate with regional and central teams (marketing, CRM, logistics) to execute launches, events and promotional activities.
- Proven track record in luxury retail with demonstrable sales leadership and team development experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L or sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to cultivate high-value client relationships.
- Resilient, decisive leader with high standards for service quality and visual merchandising execution.

Minimum of five years' experience in luxury retail, with at least two years in a managerial role responsible for a boutique or team; proven record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Fashion or a related discipline preferred.
