Richemont Senior Project Manager — MCC Performance

- Lead end-to-end performance improvement programmes for the MCC domain, establishing governance, timelines, budgets and measurable KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, quality, IT, finance and commercial) to deliver project milestones and sustainable process changes.
- Design and deploy performance measurement frameworks and dashboards; translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
- Manage risk, escalate issues appropriately and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery, cost and quality targets.
- Engage senior stakeholders and sponsors through regular reporting, steering committees and concise executive communications.
- Drive change management activities and embed continuous improvement practices across sites and partner teams.
- Oversee third‑party vendors and contractors where required; ensure contractual deliverables meet programme objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations management or equivalent; master’s preferred.
- Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
- Proven expertise in performance improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and influence at senior levels.

Significant experience (typically 7+ years) in project or programme management, preferably within luxury goods manufacturing, industrial operations, or complex service environments; demonstrable track record delivering measurable performance improvements across cross‑functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain or related field; master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification desirable.
