Richemont Senior Project Manager — MCC Performance

1. Lead end-to-end performance improvement programmes for the MCC domain, establishing governance, timelines, budgets and measurable KPIs.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, quality, IT, finance and commercial) to deliver project milestones and sustainable process changes.
3. Design and deploy performance measurement frameworks and dashboards; translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
4. Manage risk, escalate issues appropriately and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery, cost and quality targets.
5. Engage senior stakeholders and sponsors through regular reporting, steering committees and concise executive communications.
6. Drive change management activities and embed continuous improvement practices across sites and partner teams.
7. Oversee third‑party vendors and contractors where required; ensure contractual deliverables meet programme objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations management or equivalent; master’s preferred.
2. Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
3. Proven expertise in performance improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and influence at senior levels.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain or related field; master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification desirable.
