1. Provide legal advice and support to business units in the Southeast Asia region.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

5. Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
2. Admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.

3. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
