Richemont Senior Business Controller

- Lead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly estimates with local and headquarters teams.
- Participate actively in budget meetings and ad hoc planning scenarios.
- Upload budget figures into local management reporting systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
- Prepare monthly financial planning and analysis reports, including variance analysis and cost-saving strategies.
- Assist brand teams with ad hoc reports and analysis, and prepare investment requests.
- Support marketing, retail, and wholesale teams in expenditure tracking and reporting.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, focusing on key distribution channels and product categories.
- Create and maintain profit centers, cost centers, and internal orders in SAP PR1.
- Maintain the Vendor Invoice Management matrix and review accounting adjustments during month-end processes.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency through harmonization, digitalization, and simplification.
- Strong experience in finance within an international matrix organization, with a focus on controlling.
- In-house experience is essential.
- Advanced analytical skills and process orientation.
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and influence outcomes.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- High degree of autonomy, motivation, and leadership.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Significant experience in finance, particularly in controlling within an international matrix organization.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
