Richemont Security Manager

- Design, establish, and monitor compliance with security processes, policies, methods, and standards for Richemont boutiques, adapting to changing conditions.
- Develop security concepts for new openings and renovations of boutiques in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Assess and evaluate threats, incidents, and risks to physical security, and develop effective protective measures.
- Advise and support operationalization of security directives, especially site-specific requirements.
- Create training materials and conduct security training sessions for all employees.
- Prepare detailed security incident reports and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and implement security concepts for events, exhibitions, and exclusive gatherings.
- Support logistics with security for product deliveries and collections for events and photoshoots.
- Collaborate with local security authorities and external service providers to maintain high security standards.
- Conduct regular security and compliance audits to ensure adherence to internal and external security regulations.
- Degree in Security Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification as a Safety Specialist or Fire Protection Officer is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security within an international context.
- Proficiency in project and risk management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills across all reporting levels.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving orientation.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
A minimum of 5 years in corporate security within an international environment, with a focus on luxury retail operations.
Degree in Security Management or a related field.
