Richemont Salesforce Development Lead

1. Lead design, architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Commerce clouds, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
2. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and contractors, providing technical guidance, code reviews and career development.
3. Define and enforce development standards, CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX), branching strategy and deployment governance.
4. Own integrations between Salesforce and backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft) or integration patterns appropriate to the platform.
5. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and global IT teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and release plans.
6. Drive platform roadmap, technical debt reduction, performance optimisation and secure data models across orgs.
7. Establish testing strategy (unit, integration, UAT) and monitor production health; lead incident response and post-release retrospectives.

1. Proven leadership experience delivering enterprise Salesforce programmes and leading development teams.
2. Salesforce certifications required or strongly preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect or Technical Architect).
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modelling, and multi-org strategies.
4. Demonstrable experience with CI/CD for Salesforce (Salesforce DX), source-driven development and automated deployments.
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a global, matrixed organisation.
