Richemont Sales Representative

1. Deliver personalised, multilingual client service in French, English and German to a predominantly high-net-worth clientele.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
3. Manage client appointments, follow-ups and CRM records to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
4. Ensure impeccable product presentation and assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
5. Handle point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash handling in accordance with company procedures.
6. Support stock control, inventory counts and reception of goods in coordination with boutique management.
7. Represent the maison at in-store events and collaborate with the retail team on local marketing initiatives.

1. Fluent spoken and written French, English and German.
2. Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury goods or premium boutiques.
3. Strong clienteling skills with demonstrable experience serving affluent and international clients.
4. Right to work in Switzerland or valid Swiss work permit.
5. Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Secondary-school diploma or vocational qualification; tertiary education in retail, hospitality or commerce is advantageous.
