- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain the visual standards of the boutique, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and accurately.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock takes.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury brands and high-end fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.

Minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer service role.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or business is a plus.
