1. Deliver individualized, high‑touch service to private and walk‑in clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
2. Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and targeted outreach.
3. Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and communicate features, provenance and craftsmanship convincingly.
4. Manage sales transactions, returns and after‑sales enquiries with accuracy and discretion; ensure compliance with cash handling and POS procedures.
5. Support visual merchandising standards, stock receipt and inventory controls to preserve brand presentation and product integrity.
6. Record client interactions and preferences in the CRM system and collaborate with the store team on follow‑up and events.
7. Adhere to loss‑prevention, regulatory and brand security policies while representing the maison with impeccable professional standards.

1. Proven retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury goods or premium hospitality is strongly preferred.
2. Demonstrable ability to build and nurture high‑value client relationships and close sales.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
5. Right to work in Hong Kong and ability to comply with local employment requirements.
