Richemont RFBO and Accounts Receivable Manager

- Lead and own the end-to-end accounts receivable function for the assigned region, including invoicing, billing controls, cash application and collections.
- Manage AR team performance, coaching staff, assigning work and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs (DSO, aging, collection effectiveness).
- Drive month-end close deliverables related to AR: reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany settlements and variance analysis.
- Oversee credit management and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with sales, customer service and legal to resolve outstanding items.
- Collaborate with Treasury and FP&A to forecast cash receipts, optimise cash flow and support working-capital initiatives.
- Implement process improvements and automation (cash application, dispute workflows, reporting), and maintain strong internal controls and SOX-compliant processes.
- Prepare and present AR dashboards and management reporting to regional and group finance stakeholders, using data visualisation tools where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local tax and regulatory requirements and accounting standards for receivables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with demonstrated ability to lead small teams in a matrix environment.
- Solid technical knowledge of accounts receivable processes, credit control, cash application and reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering process improvements and automation.
- Fluent business English and effective communicator across functions and seniority levels.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit control or finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or manager capacity; exposure to multinational retail or luxury goods environments and experience working with SAP/ERP platforms preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
