1. Assist in the development and implementation of retail training programs.
2. Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
3. Collaborate with the retail team to identify training needs.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
5. Maintain training records and prepare reports.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in the luxury retail sector.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

No prior experience required, though exposure to retail or training environments is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
