1. Oversee daily operations of the retail store to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
4. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer experience.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of retail management practices and procedures.
3. Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
4. Fluency in Korean and English.
