- Support the Retail Partnerships team in the planning and execution of wholesale and retail initiatives including concessions, shop‑in‑shops, pop‑ups and trunk shows.
- Coordinate project logistics for events, store activations and product allocations, liaising with retail operations, merchandising and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain partnership trackers, contract summaries, calendars and operational documentation.
- Produce commercial analyses, sell‑through reports and KPI dashboards to inform trading decisions and partner negotiations.
- Draft clear presentations, briefing packs and stakeholder communications for internal leadership and retail partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify partnership and activation opportunities.
- Assist with post‑event reporting and reconciliation of sales, inventory and marketing costs.
- Contribute to ad hoc cross‑functional projects to optimise partner performance and customer experience.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyse commercial data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare professional presentations and briefs.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Professional demeanour and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
