1. Act as a business partner and key contact for finance matters to support retail business operations and controls.
2. Provide insights and challenge business risks and controls in daily operations and projects.
3. Support omni-channel development and digitalization initiatives.
4. Monitor boutique sales and collections, manage credit card reconciliation, and cashflow forecasting.
5. Ensure compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
6. Conduct analysis of gift certificates and manage stock positions.
7. Coordinate control monitoring over retail and e-commerce processes.
8. Monitor Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities.
9. Streamline and automate operating processes and identify system improvements.
10. Support digitalization and data visualization initiatives.

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
2. Certified HKICPA or ACCA is an advantage.

1. Strong data analytical skills.
2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Experience with SAP, Business Intelligence, or Power BI.
4. Results-oriented and customer-focused.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or retail operations. Exposure to luxury or retail organizations and experience in both external and internal auditing is advantageous.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
