Richemont Regional Treasury Specialist

- Analyze and oversee cash position, liquidity management, and banking account structures in APAC markets, identifying risks and recommending optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate discussions and implementation of internal/external loan financing, tracking balances and limits.
- Support bank guarantee deployment, monitor bank fees, and maximize interest income.
- Administer HSBC net system access and manage regional banking partner relationships, acting as the first level of escalation from markets.
- Support the implementation of Group Treasury policies and project deployment in APAC.
- Prepare and automate regional customer payment and fraud risk management reports, analyzing payment trends and fraud risk KPIs.
- Prepare and update digital training materials on CPS rules and payment fraud prevention.
- Review and analyze market-submitted business cases for new payment solutions and oversee demand request status updates.
- Review suspicious payments and manage payment disputes or chargebacks.
- Organize quarterly CPS business reviews between Group, market Finance, and Digital functions.
- Manage regional payment service partner relationships, monitoring service levels and acting as the first level of escalation from markets.
- University degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA, RPA, and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in regional treasury, with a focus on retail and e-commerce business operations.
University degree in Finance or Accounting.
