Richemont Regional Controller

Richemont is a Swiss-based luxury goods holding company that owns and develops a portfolio of maisons across jewellery, watches, leather goods and writing instruments. 1. Lead regional financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with group accounting standards and applicable local GAAP/IFRS.
2. Drive budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes for the region and present actionable analysis to commercial leadership.
3. Own month‑end and year‑end close activities for regional entities, including journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
4. Design, implement and monitor internal controls and governance frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.
5. Coordinate statutory and internal audits, liaising with external auditors and local tax advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Partner with commercial, operations and HR stakeholders to provide financial insight, margin analysis and decision support for store and channel performance.
7. Manage, mentor and develop a small regional finance team; define objectives, workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; advanced degree desirable.
3. Demonstrable technical knowledge of IFRS and local financial reporting requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
