Richemont Project Manager Technical Support Intern

- Support project managers in planning, tracking and delivering technical projects across IT, retail systems or product-technology initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: status reports, timelines, risk logs and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely task completion and clear escalation paths.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), reproduce and document technical issues, and follow through on remediation actions.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools and dashboards to reflect accurate progress and KPIs.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and knowledge-base articles to streamline technical support workflows.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for project-related queries and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare clear reports and present concise updates to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrable interest in technical project delivery and willingness to learn technical domains.
- Availability to commit to the full internship period as required by the employer.
