1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, but any exposure to process improvement or project management is advantageous.
