Richemont Program Officer

- Support the management of local grant processes and delivery, providing day-to-day assistance to grantees.
- Recruit youth participants for Laureus Sport For Good events and activities.
- Schedule, organize, coordinate, and implement program event activities with various stakeholders, including community partners, corporates, and schools, under the supervision of the Head of Development HK.
- Collaborate with Laureus’ Senior Knowledge Manager and external evaluators to collect feedback, monitor and evaluate program outcomes, and analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on evaluation findings.
- Support the Development team with existing partnerships and events, including administrative, operational, data management, and research tasks.
- Assist the Global team with social media content creation and day-to-day channel management.
- Support the implementation of communications activities and events that amplify the voices of Laureus HK.
- Assist with project visits, Ambassador visits, and public relations events as required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the charity or sport development sector in Hong Kong.
- Experience and understanding of the impact of sport on social change in communities.
- Proven ability to manage and develop engaging social media content with a focus on brand consistency and message accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep passion for sports and commitment to leveraging sports for social improvement.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.
