- Develop and implement a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy across acquisition and retention channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns for key marketing events, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand teams to integrate upper-funnel activities with performance channels, including influencer partnerships and content collaborations.
- Manage and optimize the performance marketing budget, reallocating resources based on performance metrics and business needs.
- Adopt a test-and-learn approach to identify new opportunities and scale successful initiatives.
- Oversee reporting across performance channels, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with performance marketing agencies, particularly in Paid Media, to ensure continuous optimization for ROI.
- Plan and oversee retention strategies, including email and SMS marketing, to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the Digital Marketing Executive, supporting career development and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
- Extensive professional experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on E-commerce campaigns.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
- Agency experience is advantageous.
- International experience, particularly in Europe, is a plus.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Significant hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing E-commerce performance marketing campaigns.
