Richemont Payroll Manager

- Manage the payroll process in SAP, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with internal service level agreements.
- Provide backup support to payroll team members in other markets as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment ordinances, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits to maintain accurate documentation.
- Generate statutory reports such as tax filings, insurance, and medical scheme reports.
- Prepare internal headcount reports and any necessary ad hoc reports.
- Support Workday integration with SAP, ensuring data integrity and current system setups.
- Collaborate with team members and HR Business Partners to address employee inquiries regarding payroll and tax.
- Enhance employee experience through the implementation of automation and digital solutions.
- A degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience with payroll service providers or in sizable companies, managing payroll for over 1,000 employees.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong payroll, tax regulations, and employment ordinances; knowledge of Taiwan payroll is a plus.
- Detail-oriented approach and high level of responsibility.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused with a strong growth mindset and learning agility.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
Minimum of 3 years managing payroll for over 1,000 employees in a high-volume transaction environment.
A degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
