Richemont Payroll and Benefits Specialist

- Accurately manage payroll and benefits data entry, document creation, application procedures, and related administrative tasks for over 2,400 employees.
- Ensure timely updates and modifications to employee records, guaranteeing accurate reflection of changes.
- Support communication with external benefits vendors, including inquiries, document dispatch, and progress tracking.
- Assist in organizing and disseminating vendor-provided information and materials internally.
- Aid in data entry, aggregation, and analysis related to benefits, preparing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with social insurance and labor insurance offices to accurately handle employee enrollment and withdrawal procedures, benefit claims, and related tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs and guide them through necessary procedures.
- Process leave applications, including parental and caregiving leaves, verifying documents and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Support health and safety-related activities, including health check-ups, flu vaccinations, stress checks, and occupational health consultations, by managing bookings and documentation.
- Address inquiries from employees and HR members regarding benefits, providing necessary information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
