Richemont Part-Time Sales Associate

1. Deliver refined, personalised client service in accordance with brand standards and Richemont’s maison expectations.
2. Generate sales through expert product knowledge, clienteling and proactive outreach to both new and existing clients.
3. Maintain immaculate boutique presentation through visual merchandising, product folding/placement and window display upkeep.
4. Operate POS and CRM systems accurately; process transactions, returns and gift services while ensuring cash-handling integrity.
5. Support stock control, receiving, inventory reconciliation and back-of-house organisation.
6. Collaborate with store colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and participate in team briefings, client events and promotions.
7. Adhere to loss-prevention protocols, compliance procedures and high standards of privacy and client confidentiality.

1. Proven aptitude for delivering high-calibre customer service with a polished personal presentation.
2. Previous retail experience, ideally within the luxury or premium segment; boutique experience strongly preferred.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; ability to work part-time schedules.
4. Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and stock management.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingualism (Mandarin and English) is advantageous but not mandatory.
