Richemont Operations Specialist

1. Manage day‑to‑day order processing and fulfilment across channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from receipt to delivery.
2. Maintain and reconcile inventory across warehouses, boutiques and e‑commerce, implementing cycle counts and stock adjustments.
3. Coordinate logistics and transport partners for inbound/outbound shipments, including clearance and cross‑border documentation.
4. Liaise with retail boutiques, wholesale partners and customer service to resolve stock, delivery and returns issues.
5. Support demand planning and replenishment by providing timely operational data and exception reports to planning teams.
6. Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency, reduce lead times and minimise stock discrepancies.
7. Prepare and distribute regular KPI reports (OTIF, stock accuracy, turnover) to stakeholders and senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls, brand policies and local regulatory requirements related to logistics and inventory.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline preferred.
2. Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in operations, inventory management or logistics; experience in luxury retail or fashion strongly preferred.
3. Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering process improvements.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work cross‑functionally with commercial, retail and logistics teams.
5. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
