Richemont Operations Associate (Evening)

1. Lead and execute evening shift operations, including close-of-day procedures for retail or distribution facilities.
2. Receive, inspect and process incoming stock; reconcile deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists.
3. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations; update inventory records in the company system.
4. Prepare and stage client orders and transfers for next-day fulfilment, ensuring luxury presentation standards.
5. Operate point-of-sale and back-office systems during the shift; process returns, adjustments and inter-store transfers as required.
6. Maintain loss-prevention and security protocols during opening and closing; liaise with security or management on incidents.
7. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to schedule pickups, shipments and returns.
8. Ensure the evening work area is organised, secure and compliant with health & safety and brand standards; complete shift handover reports.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, logistics or vocational certification preferred.
2. Availability to work evening shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
3. Demonstrated reliability and ability to pass background and eligibility checks.
4. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with inventory handling (lifting, standing, repetitive movement).
5. Strong attention to detail and discretion appropriate for handling high-value merchandise.

1–3 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse/distribution, or logistics support; prior exposure to luxury retail environments or premium product handling is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in logistics, supply chain or retail management is advantageous.
