Richemont Network Engineer

1. Design, deploy and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN and campus network architectures to meet availability, performance and security objectives.
2. Manage routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS) and ensure resilient inter-site connectivity for a geographically distributed estate.
3. Implement and operate network security controls including next‑generation firewalls, VPNs and segmentation policies in collaboration with the security team.
4. Administer and troubleshoot wireless infrastructures and network services (DHCP, DNS, Load Balancers) to support retail and corporate users.
5. Drive network monitoring, capacity planning and incident response using established tools; produce technical documentation and runbooks.
6. Lead network change and rollout projects, coordinate with vendors and local IT teams, and ensure configuration management and backup procedures.
7. Contribute to automation and orchestration initiatives to improve provisioning, patching and compliance (scripting, IaC).

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
2. 3–5 years of hands‑on enterprise network engineering experience supporting multi‑site environments; experience in retail or multi‑brand organisations advantageous.
3. Professional network certifications such as CCNP or JNCIP; CCIE, Palo Alto or Fortinet certifications preferred.
4. Proven experience with routing (BGP/OSPF), switching, MPLS, VPNs and network security appliances.
5. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to document complex architectures and deliver clear runbooks.
6. Fluent English; Portuguese or other European language skills are advantageous for local stakeholder engagement.

Mid‑level network engineering experience: typically 3–5 years in enterprise environments with responsibility for design, operations and project rollouts across multiple sites and vendors.

Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
