Richemont Network Engineer

- Design, deploy and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN and campus network architectures to meet availability, performance and security objectives.
- Manage routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS) and ensure resilient inter-site connectivity for a geographically distributed estate.
- Implement and operate network security controls including next‑generation firewalls, VPNs and segmentation policies in collaboration with the security team.
- Administer and troubleshoot wireless infrastructures and network services (DHCP, DNS, Load Balancers) to support retail and corporate users.
- Drive network monitoring, capacity planning and incident response using established tools; produce technical documentation and runbooks.
- Lead network change and rollout projects, coordinate with vendors and local IT teams, and ensure configuration management and backup procedures.
- Contribute to automation and orchestration initiatives to improve provisioning, patching and compliance (scripting, IaC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on enterprise network engineering experience supporting multi‑site environments; experience in retail or multi‑brand organisations advantageous.
- Professional network certifications such as CCNP or JNCIP; CCIE, Palo Alto or Fortinet certifications preferred.
- Proven experience with routing (BGP/OSPF), switching, MPLS, VPNs and network security appliances.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to document complex architectures and deliver clear runbooks.
- Fluent English; Portuguese or other European language skills are advantageous for local stakeholder engagement.

Mid‑level network engineering experience: typically 3–5 years in enterprise environments with responsibility for design, operations and project rollouts across multiple sites and vendors.
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
