Richemont Logistics Specialist - Export & Import

1. Ensure seamless inbound and outbound processes within the warehouse, including booking of goods, serial number monitoring, order picking, quality checks, and packaging.
2. Support annual inventory and ensure data accuracy, correcting SAP entries as necessary.
3. Assist in the monthly closing process, ensuring proper allocation of transport costs.
4. Maintain close communication with transporters to ensure timely and smooth operations for all transport activities, including pickups, event transports, and photoshoot deliveries.
5. Ensure compliance with all logistics processes and company guidelines.
6. Act as a knowledgeable contact for local maisons on logistical matters.
7. Handle all customs-related tasks (import/export) in collaboration with the customs agent, including creating customs instructions and communicating with customs authorities.
8. Ensure proper digital archiving of all relevant documents in accordance with regulations.
9. Provide support to other logistics areas, such as shipping, when needed.

1. Education in logistics, freight forwarding, or equivalent experience-based training.
2. Experience in a similar position or work environment.

1. Strong knowledge of customs operations, Incoterms, and CARNET ATA handling, including required documentation for air, road, and sea transport.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
3. Organized, methodical, customer-oriented, and flexible with the ability to make quick operational decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
5. Autonomy within a defined framework and ability to work in a team.
6. Fluency in German at a native level, proficiency in English, additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar logistics role or environment is required.

Education in logistics, freight forwarding, or equivalent experience-based training.
