Richemont Logistics Project Coordinator

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics projects across distribution, warehousing and transportation, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (supply chain, retail, finance, customs) and external partners (carriers, 3PLs, customs brokers) to drive project execution.
- Define and monitor KPIs, prepare regular performance and status reports, and escalate risks and issues with mitigation plans.
- Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of logistics systems (WMS/ERP), including testing, training and documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and commercial terms for logistics services, and assist with budget tracking and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs documentation and company security standards for international shipments.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, engineering or equivalent.
- Proven project coordination experience within logistics or supply chain environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work across functions and regions.
- Solid understanding of international transportation, customs procedures and freight documentation.
- Demonstrable analytical ability and experience with KPI-driven reporting.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain or transport operations, with at least some exposure to international shipments, cross‑functional projects and third‑party logistics providers.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
