1. Oversee the preparation of photoshoots and coordinate logistics for events.
2. Manage the reception, storage, and dispatch of products, including preparing shipments and returns to suppliers both within and outside the EU.
3. Conduct inventory management and organize staff sales.
4. Control ATA carnet flows and ensure accurate data entry in SAP for stock management across various maisons.
5. Serve as a central communication interface between different maisons, ensuring effective and harmonious collaboration.
6. Collaborate closely within a team of three to maintain operational efficiency and continuity.

1. Minimum of 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar logistics role.
2. Possession of a logistics-related qualification such as a BTS or a logistics license.

1. Proficiency in SAP.
2. Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
3. Strong organizational and customer service orientation.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate versatility.
