Richemont Logistics Administrator

- Manage e-commerce returns, ensuring quality checks and accurate SAP flow completion.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce department on discrepancies and liaise with the customer service department regarding faulty products.
- Organize and document export shipments, ensuring compliance with transport directives.
- Oversee inbound processes, including parcel reception, quality checks, and SAP updates.
- Facilitate pick-up and delivery services, coordinating with carriers and ensuring accurate shipment processing.
- Execute outbound processes, including transfer processing, quality checks, and export documentation preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and perform regular stock takes.
- Liaise with brand colleagues and appointed agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Adhere to security procedures and resolve logistical issues proactively.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and stock management.
- Proficiency in SAP and other computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive approach.
- Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years' experience in logistics and stock management, demonstrating a capacity to manage complex logistics operations efficiently.
