- Manage e-commerce returns, ensuring quality checks and accurate SAP processing.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and customer service departments regarding product discrepancies and damages.
- Prepare export documentation and organize shipping logistics.
- Ensure timely and compliant processing of inbound deliveries, including quality and serial number checks.
- Facilitate pick-up and delivery services, including booking shipments and coordinating with clients and brands.
- Oversee outbound processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipment bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and stock, conducting regular stock takes and inventories.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Adhere to security protocols and transport directives at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and stock management.
- Proficiency in SAP and general computer literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
