1. Manage e-commerce returns, ensuring quality checks and accurate SAP processing.
2. Coordinate with e-commerce and customer service departments regarding product discrepancies and damages.
3. Prepare export documentation and organize shipping logistics.
4. Ensure timely and compliant processing of inbound deliveries, including quality and serial number checks.
5. Facilitate pick-up and delivery services, including booking shipments and coordinating with clients and brands.
6. Oversee outbound processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipment bookings.
7. Maintain accurate records of shipments and stock, conducting regular stock takes and inventories.
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
9. Adhere to security protocols and transport directives at all times.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and stock management.

1. Proficiency in SAP and general computer literacy.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
4. Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and stock management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
