1. Support the daily operational aspects of the compliance programme, including drafting and updating policies and providing expert advice on AML/KYC/CDD matters.
2. Conduct investigations into non-compliance and implement effective solutions across all APAC markets.
3. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and contribute to the development and implementation of robust processes and controls to mitigate them.
4. Continuously monitor legal and regulatory updates and support regional regulatory change management initiatives.
5. Serve as a key liaison with relevant authorities.
6. Design, develop, and deliver compliance training programmes to foster a strong culture of compliance throughout the region.

1. Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction with 4+ years PQE.
2. CAMS and other compliance certifications are advantageous.

1. Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory compliance laws and enforcement trends.
2. Proven experience in anti-bribery & corruption and whistleblowing.
3. Familiarity with AML/sanctions screening software (e.g., WorldCheck, Integration Point).
4. Experience working with diverse stakeholders on key compliance issues.
5. Experience in a diverse, multi-jurisdiction APAC environment.

4+ years’ experience in AML/sanctions compliance, preferably within a multinational corporate, financial institution, or law firm.

Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction.

Collaboration with diverse teams across different Maisons and Functions, both regionally and at HQ, in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
