- Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 jewelry artisans, ensuring their professional development and career progression.
- Monitor and enhance individual and team performance using key performance indicators, providing regular feedback and addressing any performance issues.
- Develop and implement technical assessments and training programs to enhance team skills and track progress.
- Oversee workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all Maison guidelines and procedures within the workshop.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manage the assignment and control of repair workflows.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the team in repairs, machinery, tools, and process implementation.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold the highest craftsmanship standards.
- Stay informed about Maison innovations and train the team accordingly.
- Manage and disseminate technical documentation.
- Evaluate and coordinate test bench assessments, including logging and administrative tasks.
- Extensive experience in jewelry manufacturing and repair with demonstrable technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team management role within a jewelry workshop.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in German and/or English.
