1. Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 jewelry artisans, ensuring their professional development and career progression.
2. Monitor and enhance individual and team performance using key performance indicators, providing regular feedback and addressing any performance issues.
3. Develop and implement technical assessments and training programs to enhance team skills and track progress.
4. Oversee workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
5. Ensure compliance with all Maison guidelines and procedures within the workshop.
6. Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
7. Manage the assignment and control of repair workflows.
8. Provide technical expertise and support for the team in repairs, machinery, tools, and process implementation.
9. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold the highest craftsmanship standards.
10. Stay informed about Maison innovations and train the team accordingly.
11. Manage and disseminate technical documentation.
12. Evaluate and coordinate test bench assessments, including logging and administrative tasks.

1. Extensive experience in jewelry manufacturing and repair with demonstrable technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
2. Proven experience in a leadership or team management role within a jewelry workshop.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in German and/or English.
