1. Guide and support the career development of team members, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
2. Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues.
3. Lead the technical evaluation process for new jewelry recruits.
4. Develop and implement technical assessments for jewelers, create and deliver training programs to enhance their skills, and monitor their progress.
5. Monitor workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
6. Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures within the workshop.
7. Create and maintain operating procedures for the workshop, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
8. Maintain efficient workshop organization, adhering to regional standards and best practices.
9. Provide technical expertise and support to the team on repairs, machinery, tools, and process deployment.
10. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Maison novelties and provide training to the team.
12. Maintain and share technical documentation.
13. Assess and coordinate bench tests, including logging and administrative tasks.

1. Extensive experience in jewelry making and repair, with proven technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
2. Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role within a jewelry workshop environment.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in German and English.
