1. Lead and manage a jewelry workshop team of up to 5 members, ensuring alignment with quality and craftsmanship standards.
2. Oversee career development by providing growth and advancement opportunities for team members.
3. Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs, offering regular feedback and addressing performance issues.
4. Develop and implement technical assessments and training programs to enhance team skills and monitor progress.
5. Supervise workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
6. Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures within the workshop.
7. Create and maintain operational procedures to guarantee efficiency and consistency.
8. Assign and manage the repair workflow effectively.
9. Provide technical expertise and support for repairs, machinery, tools, and processes.
10. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold the highest craftsmanship standards.
11. Stay informed about Maison innovations and train the team accordingly.
12. Manage and disseminate technical documentation.
13. Evaluate and coordinate test bench assessments, including logging and administrative tasks.

1. Extensive experience in jewelry manufacturing and repair with proven technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
2. Long-standing experience in a leadership or team management role within a jewelry workshop.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in German and/or English.
