Richemont Internal Warehousing Tech Team Lead

1. Lead a technical team responsible for the operation, evolution and support of internal warehousing systems and automation tools.
2. Own incident management, root‑cause analysis and SLA delivery for warehouse applications and hardware (WMS, RF terminals, pick/pack devices).
3. Define and execute the technical roadmap in close collaboration with supply chain, operations, IT architecture and external vendors.
4. Manage integrations between WMS, ERP and peripheral systems (EDI, APIs, conveyors, sortation, label printers) and coordinate deployment across sites.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives: performance tuning, release management, testing and rollout of new functionality.
6. Supervise vendor relationships, third‑party implementers and contractors; negotiate scopes, timelines and deliverables.
7. Coach and develop team members, establish operational KPIs and ensure knowledge transfer to operations stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with security policies, data integrity and change control procedures in a regulated luxury environment.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams supporting warehousing or logistics systems.
3. Deep understanding of warehouse operations and processes (receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping).
4. Demonstrable experience running application support, incident and release management in an enterprise environment.
5. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross‑functional projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
