Richemont Internal Communications Coordinator

- Support the Head of Internal Communications in planning and executing communication strategies for internal stakeholders, including leadership teams and centers of excellence.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR team to provide communications consultancy and manage comprehensive support, such as through the quarterly newsletter.
- Oversee the communications channel strategy for APAC HQ, including the management of the company intranet and other internal channels.
- Write, edit, produce, and distribute internal communications content, including intranet articles, corporate announcements, and presentations.
- Maintain a regional communications calendar to track distribution timelines and sequences.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee engagement across various channels.
- Assist in the design and presentation of internal branding to convey key messages effectively.
- Support the filming and editing of corporate internal videos, collaborating with agency partners.
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a related field
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion
- Confident with executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
- Fluent in English with native-level proficiency; knowledge of other Asian languages and French is advantageous
1 - 2 years of professional experience in a related field, with a focus on communications, digital media, journalism, marketing, or public relations.
BA or master’s degree in communications, digital media, journalism, marketing, public relations, or a related program.
