Richemont Internal Communications and Events Intern

- Create engaging local news stories about the Maisons, including content creation and stakeholder approvals.
- Develop and maintain strategic communication plans aligned with the broader internal communications schedule.
- Draft and produce high-quality internal communications content, including copy, multimedia, and visuals.
- Utilize internal platforms to analyze communications activity and populate KPI dashboards.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Research, propose, and book event elements such as venues, speakers, catering, and travel.
- Liaise with PR and internal stakeholders to maintain a calendar of relevant events.
- Coordinate team volunteering days with charity partners.
- Research and negotiate local employee discounts, maintaining an up-to-date database.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, calendar management, platform updates, file management, and budget tracking.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with digital design tools such as Canva is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Event planning or internal communications experience is a plus.
Some experience in event planning or internal communications is advantageous.
Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
The internship offers hands-on experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and event planning, providing exposure to key decision-makers and influencers within the organization.
