1. Lead the implementation of the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solution for both hard and soft services in offices and boutiques within the RNE market (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic).
2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and effective implementation.
3. Collect data to ensure the integration of specific Maison requirements and Richemont standards by the IFM provider.
4. Conduct tenders and due diligence assessments.
5. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external service providers, and Maison representatives.
6. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and outcomes.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
8. Ensure compliance with Richemont standards and procedures in collaboration with procurement.
9. Implement a CAFM tool (ServiceNow) in boutiques to optimize service requests and maintenance planning.
10. Coordinate communication and change management with the Maisons.
11. Monitor performance data and identify improvement opportunities, sharing relevant data with the project team and Maisons as needed.
12. Support Maisons with maintenance and other services in boutiques alongside the IFM project.
13. Facilitate smooth project transitions into live operations through effective teamwork.
14. Communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure positive collaboration.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management and project management.
2. Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. Degree in a relevant field or demonstrable substantial professional experience in a comparable position.
