- Establish and maintain a strong partnership with stakeholders across all levels to align HR plans with business strategy.
- Advise on workforce planning and collaborate with managers to develop strategies for business growth.
- Drive Organization Talent Review to identify retention and succession plans for key talents.
- Handle employee-related matters, providing guidance on complaints, disciplinaries, and disruptions.
- Provide HR advice on internal policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with the NEA C&B team on salary benchmarking and make recommendations based on market data.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify risks and opportunities, recommending action plans.
- Manage HR budget, ensuring alignment with headcount and cost plans.
- Drive the annual Performance Management Process to foster a feedback culture.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment, including interviewing and salary negotiations.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a first-class employee journey experience.
- Foster a strong talent network within the industry for future opportunities.
- Drive and deliver employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in employee pulse surveys and collaborate on action plans.
- Strengthen employee communication and engagement through partnership with Internal Communication HR.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience as an HRBP in multinational companies, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strategic mindset.
- Ability to handle a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP or Workday is advantageous.
A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in sizeable multinational companies, with a preference for experience in luxury retail brands.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
