- Support Learning & Development (L&D) administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support internal communication and the monthly HR newsletter.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition (TA) recruitment activities and employer branding projects.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and luxury fashion is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a university degree.
