Richemont HR Executive — Incentive Compensation & Employee Benefits

- Administer and operationalise incentive compensation programmes (short‑term and variable pay) for assigned populations, ensuring accuracy of calculations, timely payments and adherence to plan rules.
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies and voluntary benefits; handle enrollments, changes and annual renewals.
- Partner with payroll, finance and regional HR teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits data and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Prepare regular reporting and analysis on plan costs, participation rates, forecasted liabilities and effectiveness of benefits offerings; present findings to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and brokers; coordinate RFPs, contract negotiations and service-level management.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee queries related to incentives and benefits, delivering clear guidance while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support policy development, local implementation of global programs and year‑end processes such as performance‑related payouts and benefits annual enrolment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven knowledge of compensation frameworks and employee benefits design and administration.
- Demonstrable analytical aptitude with experience preparing compensation and benefits reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence internal partners including payroll and finance teams.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential remuneration and personal data.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or specialised compensation/benefits training is advantageous.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred for effective local and regional coordination.

Approximately 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on compensation and benefits or an HR generalist role that included C&B responsibilities, preferably within a multinational or luxury retail environment. Proven experience coordinating with payroll and finance functions and managing third‑party benefits providers.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; professional HR credentials preferred.
