Richemont High Jewellery Manager

- Lead day-to-day boutique operations for the high jewellery offer, ensuring impeccable brand presentation and client experience.
- Develop and execute a commercial plan to meet and exceed sales, margin and CRM targets for high jewellery.
- Manage, coach and mentor a dedicated sales team and ensure consistent luxury service standards, product knowledge and clienteling.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with high-net-worth and private clients; manage bespoke commissions and VIP events (appointments, trunk shows, private viewings).
- Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, deliveries, secure handling procedures and liaison with regional workshops and logistics.
- Coordinate with regional/central teams on new product launches, bespoke orders, pricing, and customer aftercare.
- Analyse sales performance and client data to produce forecasts, action plans and regular business reports for senior management.
- Proven leadership in luxury jewellery retail, with demonstrable success managing high-value sales and client portfolios.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to build and execute sales strategies, manage budgets and deliver KPIs.
- Advanced product knowledge of diamonds, coloured gemstones and high jewellery techniques; formal gemmology qualification (GIA or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and working proficiency in Thai; additional language skills advantageous.

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in luxury jewellery retail with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or head-of-boutique role, proven ability to manage high-value inventory and to grow relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, luxury brand management or related field preferred; gemmology certification (e.g. GIA) strongly recommended.
