1. Provide expert support and advice on health, safety, and environment-related matters to boutiques and sites.
2. Ensure consistent application of Richemont Group HSE standards across the Benelux and Nordics region.
3. Conduct thorough risk identification and assessment processes.
4. Define and assist in implementing effective prevention and mitigation measures for identified risks.
5. Contribute to the development and execution of accident prevention and environmental protection programs.
6. Participate in the analysis of work accidents, identifying root causes and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
7. Create, manage, and update safety and environmental key performance indicators (KPIs) using corporate tools.
8. Participate in the organization and execution of internal and external HSE audits.
9. Ensure proper monitoring and maintenance of safety equipment and other regulatory controls.
10. Assist in regulatory monitoring across the Benelux and Nordics region.
11. Establish and implement action plans to ensure full compliance with HSE legislation.
12. Develop and deliver engaging Health & Safety awareness programs and training sessions.
13. Participate in the development, maintenance, and updating of HSE documents and processes.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. Previous experience in an HSE role, ideally within a multi-location retail environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation in the Benelux and Nordic countries.
4. Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining HSE and/or environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
5. Health & Safety professional certifications (e.g., MVK, HVK) are a must.

2. Effectively influence stakeholders to adopt safe work practices and embrace a safety-first mindset.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to identify and analyze HSE issues, developing and implementing effective solutions.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages, especially Dutch, is a plus.

Previous experience in an HSE role, ideally within a multi-location retail environment, with a strong understanding of legislation in the Benelux and Nordic countries.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
