1. Manage, analyze, and create financial forecasts to strategically guide company growth.
2. Identify and mitigate potential financial risks through monetary strategies.
3. Participate in a job rotation program to gain exposure to various fields within the company.
4. Gain retail experience in selective boutiques to develop expertise as a retail finance specialist.

1. Undergraduate or graduate students graduating by March 2026.
2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese or N1 certification for non-native speakers.
3. TOEIC score of 800 or above, or equivalent English proficiency.
4. Valid working permit in Japan.

1. Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
2. Proficiency in Japanese and English.
3. Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial principles.
4. Adaptability to different roles and environments.

No prior work experience required; open to recent graduates.

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
