1. Oversee the maintenance of the office environment to ensure operational efficiency.
2. Facilitate effective communication with vendors and team members to enhance collaboration and workflow.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and soft services to ensure a pleasant work environment.
4. Manage work orders to ensure timely completion of facility maintenance requests.
5. Optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness through vendor management.
6. Support office projects including restacks, environmental changes, and expansions.
7. Collaborate with the BOS Administrator and Receptionists to support hospitality efforts.
8. Coordinate with cleaning service vendors to maintain cleanliness standards.

1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Advanced proficiency in MS-Office applications.
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
4. Strong sense of responsibility.
