Richemont Facility & Project Manager

1. Organize and coordinate hard and soft services for boutiques and headquarters in Munich in alignment with regional BOS strategy.
2. Ensure seamless operations by defining KPIs and maintaining adherence to Richemont standards.
3. Collaborate with brands and external service providers on project execution, maintenance, and service optimization.
4. Plan and implement maintenance and renovation activities in accordance with Richemont Workplace Standards.
5. Support the implementation of digital tools such as ServiceNow and workspace booking systems.
6. Participate in cross-departmental projects related to digital workplace transformation, including the IFM project for the region.
7. Manage contracts and costs, including SLA monitoring, tenders, and budget responsibilities.
8. Contribute to the strategic development of facility management in line with corporate objectives.

1. Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility or project management.
3. Experience in retail or luxury segments is preferred.

1. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems, such as ServiceNow.
3. Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
4. Team orientation, flexibility, and initiative.
5. Experience in matrix organizations and stakeholder collaboration.

A minimum of 5 years in facility or project management, ideally within the retail or luxury sector.

Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
